I provide in-person therapy from my Guelph office & virtually to serve clients throughout Canada, Tuesdays through Friday. Hamilton & Toronto locations are not re-opening yet but you are welcome to see me in Guelph or online! I hold sessions during daytime hours ending at 430pm with 1 evening spot at 445pm.

I have 2 couples/relationship session open. Otherwise for new individual clients, consultees or supervisees who are interested in working with me, although I would love to work with everyone who is interested, right now my practice is full and I am adding potential clients, etc., to the waiting list. Please email me to be added.

For current clients, please log into your account & choose from the options to see your schedule, book an appointment, reschedule or cancel your session: *Reminder: I do not accept cancellations or reschedules to my email; you will need to sign into your account to complete that. Not doing so will result in a full session fee.

My price is $220 for a 50 minute individual session & $250 for a 50 minute Relationship Session (2 or more partners; traditionally called Couples Therapy). Consultation & Supervision is $220 for a 50 minute session. 30, 75 & 90 minute sessions are available subject to scheduling availability.

We will start with a free 20 minute consult to get a sense if we are a good fit to work together and to answer questions you may have. I want us to feel confident in our decision to work together. If I don't think I'm the right therapist for you, I will do my best to connect you with someone more appropriate.

Fees are paid by e-transfer sent prior to your appointment. Credit cards can be used but have a 2.75% processing fee.  If you would like to claim therapy through insurance, please confirm that your insurance accepts services by a Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Nurse. Psychotherapy can be claimed as health expenses on your tax return.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as much in advanced as possible. If you provide less than 48 hours notice or do not show up, you will be charged a full session fee- no exceptions.
