I provide in-person therapy from my Guelph office & virtually to serve clients throughout Canada, Tuesdays through Friday. Hamilton & Toronto locations are not re-opening yet but you are welcome to see me in Guelph or online. I hold sessions during daytime hours ending at 430pm with 1 evening spot at 440pm.

My price is $285 for a 50 minute individual session & $333 for a 50 minute Relationship Session (2 or more people; traditionally called Couples Therapy). For triads, a minimum of 60 minutes together is required. Consultation & Supervision is $285 for a 50 minute session. 30, 75 & 90 minute sessions are available subject to scheduling availability.

We will start with a free 20 minute consult to get a sense if we are a good fit to work together and to answer questions you may have. I want us to feel confident in our decision to work together. If I don't think I'm the right therapist for you, I will do my best to connect you with someone more appropriate.

Fees are paid by e-transfer sent prior to your appointment. Credit cards can be used but have a 2.75% processing fee.  If you would like to claim therapy through insurance, please confirm that your insurance accepts services by a Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Nurse. Psychotherapy can be claimed as health expenses on your tax return.

I have a No Cancellation Policy; instead we reschedule missed appointments within the week before, during, or week after the initial session, allowing a generous three-week window. You get two waived/free sessions per year. For any subsequent missed appointments not rescheduled, clients are charged the full session fee. Video options provide flexibility, and an online scheduler simplifies appointment changes.

If you need to reschedule, please let me know as much in advanced as possible. If you provide less than 48 hours notice, do not show up or have used 2 free cancellations, you will be charged a full session fee- no exceptions.
